Check-in Dates and Times

Students will receive an email in mid-July with instructions on how to sign up for a move-in timeslot on their scheduled arrival date (see table below).  Staggered arrival times will help ease traffic flow and make it easier for us to best serve you!

Moving into Your Assignment

Opening is a busy and exciting time on campus. We encourage you to use the available move-in information to help make your experience as smooth as possible. This helpful information includes maps, traffic flow, parking, and where to get your keys. 

Late Arrivals

Students who do not check-in by their arrival date are considered late arrivals. If you need to check-in after your arrival date, please contact us to let us know. For more information regarding late arrivals please see our policies page.

Parking Policy

As you plan for your arrival to campus, please note the University Parking Policy. As part of the University’s Master Plan and its commitment to reduce the number of cars on campus, residential freshmen and sophomores are not permitted to purchase parking permits or bring vehicles to campus. If you are a resident freshman or sophomore and would like to request an exception to this University policy, please complete a Vehicle Exception Request. Your request will be reviewed and you will be notified of the outcome.
