Spring Only Housing Application

The Spring Only housing application is available for undergraduate students who did not live on campus the previous fall semester.

Students can submit the Spring Only Housing Application in MyHousing via Cardinal Students beginning September 15th. The priority deadline to submit the application is November 15th. Please keep in mind the University requires all freshman and sophomore students to live in campus housing. More information is available in the Student Housing Policy on the University Policy page.

Information on available housing options for graduate, law, and non-traditional students is available here.

Assignments for Juniors/Seniors

Beginning in early December assignments will be made on a space available basis. An assignment will be made using the preferences listed on the Spring Only Application. However, it is possible an assignment may not be available within those preferences. Since Juniors and Seniors are not required to live on campus they will receive 2-3 business days in which to accept the offered space. Once assignments are confirmed they will be available in Cardinal Students>Student Self-Service>MyHousing. If the space offered is not accepted, they will have the opportunity to receive a second offer when another space becomes available. If they decline or do not respond to the second offer, they will be removed from the Waitlist.

Assignments for Freshmen/Sophomores

Beginning in early December assignments will be made on a space available basis. Since Freshmen and Sophomores are required to live on campus an assignment will be made using the preferences listed on the Spring Only Application. However, it is possible an assignment may not be available within those preferences. Once assignments are made they will be communicated via email and available at myhousing.cua.edu.
