Off-Campus housing is available in the immediate area around campus and throughout the area (D.C., Virginia, and Maryland). Housing Services provides an Off-Campus Housing Search Portal specifically for University students as a starting point to explore off-campus housing options.  Housing Services can provide education resources and things to consider when looking for an off-campus home.  However, staff is not available to review or discuss lease terms.  Staff will provide local rsources for students in such cases.

The campus has a metro stop (Brookland/CUA Metro) located directly across the street on John McCormick Road.  The metro stop is on the WMATA red line (Washington Metropolitan Area Transpit Authority) and may be am important consideration when considering how to travel to and from campus.

The Dean of Students Office also offers resources for University students living off-campus.
