  • Do I need to re-apply for a Spring 2021 room assignment if I had a previous Fall 2020 room assignment?

    Sophomore, junior, and senior students who had a Fall 2020 room assignment prior to the University's announcement on July 31, 2020, will need to re-apply for housing if they wish to return as a residential student for the Spring 2021 semester.  The Spring 2021 Husing Interest Form closed on October 21st.  Should Housing Services be able to reopen the form for more submissions, students will be notified via email. 

  • My Fall 2020 room assignment was canceled by the University.  If I return to campus for the spring semester, will I receive the same room assignment?

    No, students who had a Fall 2020 room assignment initially will not be automatically assigned to the same assignment if returning to on-campus housing for the spring semester. 

  • What housing options will be available for the Spring 2021 semester?

    Students will be assigned to Gibbons, Caldwell, Seton, Ryan, Regan, Flather, and limited availability in Millennium North.  

  • Will I be required to quarantine once I arrive on-campus?

    Yes, all residential students returning to campus for the spring semester will need to quarantine for the first two weeks of the semester.  The University will move all classes onine during that time period. 

  • What dining options will be available on-campus for the Spring 2021 semester?

  • If I return to on-campus housing as a sophomore, will I still be required to purchase one of the Weekly 21 dining plans?

    Yes, the dining plan requirement per the Residence Hall & Dining Services Agreement will be held for the Spring 2021 semester. 

  • If I had a housing accommodation through Disability Support Services for the Fall 2020 semester, do I need to re-apply for my accommodation?

    No, students who had already completed the housing accommodation process for the Fall 2020 semester do not need to re-apply for an accommodation if returning to on-campus housing for the Spring 2021 semester.  Housing Services will work with students who have a recommended accommodation based on availability.
